I am hoping to study jazz guitar at The Royal Conservatoire and become a jazz and session musician.
The music department have helped me to achieve my goals and have given me numerous opportunities to develop as a musician. They have helped me to develop my communication, imagination, time management, team work and leadership skills, which I have used outside of school for example, when I performed at ‘Party at the Palace Festival’ in Linlithgow and now I am being given the opportunity to do paid jazz gigs where I can put my skills into practice.
